How to access internet:
a. Dial IVR777(toll-free):
a-1. After dialing 777, just press 5, then press 2 for applying the internet access charged by day.
a-2. You can dial 777 and press 5, then press 1 for applying the internet access charged by volume.
b. FarEastone Store
c. Convenient Store, including 7-11, Family-Mart, OK, Hi-Life. Then dial 777 and follow the voice instruction
or use FET App to install the service.
d. FETnet/FET App, paying with credit card, bank account, CVS barcode.
Notice:
- The same item could be recharged only if you adopt Day Pass of 4G/5G 30-day.
- Once the speed of internet access decreases, the speed could be coming to normal as you re-purchase the same item.
- SMS notification will be sent after activation & expiration of the internet access service. Moreover, internet access will be terminated after using up (by day/volume) or it is expired.
- Free domestic call and Free on-net call is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other FET phone number.
- Internet access quality might be affected by location, route traffic and the number of users.
- FarEastone Telecommnications Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate the above services.
