"Sustainability Pioneer Team" – FET Collaborates with 21 Suppliers to Establish Children's Care Classroom

With the convenience and boundlessness of the 5G network, it is even more crucial to prioritize the spreading of love and warmth to the forefront. FET has been a steadfast supporter of rural education, working collaboratively with users, employees, 21 suppliers, Yanhui Library under the Department of Environmental Protection, Taipei City Government, and Gaea Books Co., Ltd. to refurbish classroom buildings and develop an enduring SDGs library for Luye Children's Care Classroom of the Taiwan Catholic Mission Foundation. Also, the President, Ching, Chee, personally led a team of 50 people to Taitung, bringing children's books and stationery across a distance of nearly 300 kilometers, to visit the children there and to inaugurate the Luye Sustainable Library.

FET Recognized with CDP Climate Change “A-List” Leadership Rating

The international environmental non-profit CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) has released its 2025 Climate Change assessment results, in which FET Telecom stood out among over 20,000 companies worldwide, earning the highest “A-List Leadership” rating.

FET fosters an “all-staff ESG culture” by linking ESG performance to senior management incentives and providing sustainability bonuses to employees. Through technology-driven carbon reduction and collaboration with its supply chain partners, FET is actively working toward its company-wide net-zero goal by 2048. In this year’s assessment, 75% of the questionnaire modules received the top A rating, recognizing FET’s excellence in carbon reduction strategy, governance, and implementation.

FET Telecom Recognized for Two Consecutive Years with the Parenting-Friendly Workplace Award by CommonWealth Parenting

Committed to fostering a people-centered workplace culture, FET Telecom has once again been honored with the Parenting-Friendly Workplace Award by CommonWealth Parenting, achieving the distinction for two consecutive years.

With care and support at the heart of its people strategy, FET Telecom actively responds to the needs of a new generation of parents by implementing a wide range of initiatives that go beyond statutory requirements. These include flexible working hours and remote work arrangements, enhanced childcare subsidies for children aged 0 to 6, the introduction of a new “Care Leave” policy, and free annual health check-ups for employees aged 40 and above.

By enabling employees to balance work and family responsibilities with peace of mind, FET Telecom strengthens its workforce well-being and reinforces a solid foundation for long-term corporate sustainability.
