"Sustainability Pioneer Team" – FET Collaborates with 21 Suppliers to Establish Children's Care Classroom

With the convenience and boundlessness of the 5G network, it is even more crucial to prioritize the spreading of love and warmth to the forefront. FET has been a steadfast supporter of rural education, working collaboratively with users, employees, 21 suppliers, Yanhui Library under the Department of Environmental Protection, Taipei City Government, and Gaea Books Co., Ltd. to refurbish classroom buildings and develop an enduring SDGs library for Luye Children's Care Classroom of the Taiwan Catholic Mission Foundation. Also, the President, Ching, Chee, personally led a team of 50 people to Taitung, bringing children's books and stationery across a distance of nearly 300 kilometers, to visit the children there and to inaugurate the Luye Sustainable Library.

HR Asia, a leading human resources magazine in Asia. The magazine recently announced the winners of the "2024 Best Employer in Asia Awards". FarEastTone was selected for the second consecutive year for its commitment to fostering a "joyful workplace". It is the sole telecommunications company in Taiwan to be featured on this prestigious list. The HR Asia "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" Award is one of the most prestigious awards in the field of human resource management in Asia. According to the results announced by the organizers, FarEastTone scored above the market average in "CORE" (corporate culture and leadership), "SELF" (sense of belonging, work beliefs), and "GROUP" (team spirit, work environment perception). This shows that FarEastTone's work environment and leadership are highly valued by its employees.

The Nation's Only! FarEastTone has received the Gold Award in the "Taiwan Service Industry Grand Evaluation" for 13 consecutive years.

By understanding our customers' needs, we provide technology services with warmth and care. We are committed to bringing convenience and warmth to more people. FarEastTone has once again been awarded the Gold Award for Telecommunications Channel Services in the 2024 Taiwan Service Industry Grand Evaluation. This is the first time a company in Taiwan has received the Gold Award for 13 consecutive years. The sponsoring organization, the Commercial Times, held an award ceremony on March 3, where Vice President Hsiao, Bi-khim presented an award to FarEastTone President Ching, Chee. Furthermore, Dai, Kai-Ning, the store manager of the Chunghua Branch in Taichung, has been recognized with the "Service Pioneer Award" for her long-term dedication to the community through her enthusiastic and professional service.

This distinction makes FarEastTone the only telecommunications company to receive both awards, highlighting its exceptional performance in corporate innovation and customer satisfaction. The Golden Torch Award, sponsored by the Outstanding Enterprise Manager Association, is designed to recognize the achievements of exceptional enterprises and professional managers. This year, 120 companies were selected. FarEastTone, a first-time participant, won two awards, further solidifying its leadership position in the telecommunications industry.
